Rivermead Global Property Management Services and Fees

Please find below a list of the Rivermead Global Property Management Services and Fees, these services and prices are correct as of Dec 2012 but subject to change without notice.

Key Holding – £10 per month.  Key will be labelled with a serial number instead of apartment number and name for extra security and kept in a safe

Key Holding and one property check per month – £20 per month or £220 per annum if paid annually.  As above, but we will visit your property once a month and check for security, floods, fires, rodent infestation etc…  You will receive an email with a report after check carried out.

Key Holding and two property checks per month – £30 per month or £340 per annum if paid annually.  As above, but we will visit your property twice a month and check for security, floods, fires, rodent infestation etc…  You will receive an email with a report after check carried out.

Property Cleaning – The pricing depends on size of property and whether initial clean, before or after renting with linens washed or just a regular clean, please contact us with property and cleaning details for a quote.

Welcome Packs – £15 for: water, milk, bread, butter, cartons of juice, coffee sachets, tea bags and toilet rolls. Would you like to have some essentials ready in your property on arrival, or when you have rental guests/friends using your apartment?  This cost could be added to the rental price.

Airport Meet and Greet – £30 return including taxi fare (within the Hurghada/Sahl Hasheesh/El Gouna areas).  Would you like to have someone meet you or friends/rental guests at the airport with a car and driver to save the hassle of finding a taxi, again this could be added to the rental price.

Property Snagging – £150 – £200 per apartment depending on location.  Property snagging is something many property investors have never heard of, but it is a very important process in the property buying process.  If you have bought an off plan property, you will normally be paying instalments during the build with a final percentage on completion.  Before you hand over the final payment how do you know the property has been completed and is free from any defects?  You could take a couple of weeks off work and pay to fly out and stay in a hotel, visit the property and attempt to snag and make sure the site engineer understands you, then spend the next 2 weeks visiting the site to ensure they are putting right any defects, hoping they will be finished before you fly home.

Alternatively, you can contact Rivermead Global and we will take over the whole process for you, saving you time and money.  We will have one of our team visit the property along with a site engineer, compile a report of any defects along with photos, a copy will be left with the site engineer and a copy emailed to you along with the photos.  We will then follow up with the site engineer to ensure all defects are rectified and send through a second follow up report once completed.
